Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern reservations and rentals with Memory Lane RV. By submitting a reservation you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
A reservation is confirmed once the booking deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup. We accept the payment methods listed at booking. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and fees.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at booking. It is held against damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late return, or fuel/propane shortages. The deposit is refunded within 7 business days of return, less any authorized deductions.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations 14 or more days before pickup receive a full refund less a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of pickup are non-refundable unless the vehicle is rebooked for the same period. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
4. Changes to a Reservation
Date and unit changes are subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days of pickup may incur a fee. Owner reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle if the reserved unit becomes unavailable.
5. Driver Eligibility
All drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and be approved by Owner before the rental begins. Drivers must comply with all traffic laws and applicable regulations.
6. Vehicle Use Restrictions
Vehicles are for personal recreational use only. Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted unless expressly allowed at booking. Off-road use, racing, commercial transport, towing, and subleasing are prohibited.
7. Insurance
Renter must maintain or purchase insurance covering liability, comprehensive, and collision for the rental period, with limits acceptable to Owner. Proof of coverage may be required before pickup.
8. Damage and Cleaning
Renter is responsible for damage to the vehicle, its contents, and third parties during the rental period. A cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, with pet hair, smoke odor, or waste tanks not emptied.
9. Late Return
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. A late fee applies for each hour beyond the return time. Returns more than 4 hours late may be charged an additional day.
10. Limitation of Liability
Owner is not liable for loss of use, inconvenience, or consequential damages. Owner's total liability for any claim is limited to the rental amount paid for the affected period.
11. Privacy
Owner collects reservation and contact information to process bookings and may use it to communicate about rentals. Owner does not sell personal information.
